30-Day Return Policy
Easy returns. For 30 days.
In addition to the statutory 14-day right of withdrawal, we offer a voluntary extended return period of 30 days from receipt of the goods.
This gives you a little more time to review your order at your convenience. The voluntary 30-day return policy applies in addition to and independently of the statutory right of withdrawal.
Conditions
For a return under the voluntary 30-day return policy, the goods should:
- be unused where possible,
- be in an undamaged condition suitable for resale,
- be returned in full.
Where possible, the goods should be returned together with the original packaging.
Return Shipping Costs
The customer bears the cost of return shipping under the voluntary 30-day return policy.
As a general rule, no free return label is provided for voluntary returns unless expressly agreed otherwise.
Registering a Return
A return can be registered via the online return function or through the stated contact options.
To help us identify the return quickly, please provide the order number and the relevant items wherever possible.
Once the return has been received and inspected, it will be processed accordingly.
Refund
After the returned goods have been successfully inspected, the refund will generally be issued using the original payment method.
Under the voluntary 30-day return policy, the refund is issued after the returned goods have been received and inspected.
Statutory Rights Remain Unaffected
The voluntary 30-day return policy does not restrict your statutory rights.
In particular, the statutory 14-day right of withdrawal remains fully unaffected.
Your statutory rights in relation to defective goods also remain unaffected.
