Exercise your right of withdrawal quickly and easily online.
You can exercise your statutory right of withdrawal conveniently using the online withdrawal function in our online shop. The process is handled directly through your customer account.
Start withdrawal
Click “Withdraw order”.
Enter your email address
Enter the email address used for your purchase and then click the arrow.
Receive verification code
Check your inbox. The system will send a 6-digit code to the email address provided.
Enter the code
Enter the 6-digit code on the page. You will then be signed in to your customer account.
Open your order
Once signed in, your order information will be available in your customer account.
Select the items
Select the relevant order and click “Return items”. Then select the items you wish to return and provide the appropriate reason.
Review your details
Review the information entered and click “Review changes”.
Submit withdrawal request
In the pop-up window that appears, click “Send request”.
Your withdrawal request has now been submitted electronically.
Your statutory rights of withdrawal remain fully unaffected by the use of the electronic withdrawal function.
