At APAERZ, customer satisfaction with every order is a priority.
Depending on the circumstances, there are two options for returns:
14-day statutory right of withdrawal
and, in addition,
30-day voluntary return policy
The 30-day return policy is a voluntary additional service provided by APAERZ. The statutory right of withdrawal and statutory rights relating to defects remain fully unaffected.
1. Statutory 14-Day Right of Withdrawal
Consumers generally have the statutory right to withdraw from a purchase within 14 days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period begins on the day on which the goods are received by the consumer or by a third party designated by the consumer who is not the carrier.

The withdrawal may in particular be declared in the following ways:
- via the electronic withdrawal function in the online shop
- by email
- by post
The consumer bears the direct cost of returning the goods unless APAERZ has expressly agreed to bear these costs.
2. Voluntary 30-Day Return Policy
In addition to the statutory right of withdrawal, APAERZ grants a voluntary return period of 30 days in total from receipt of the goods.

The voluntary 30-day return policy is an additional service provided by APAERZ and does not restrict statutory rights. This applies in particular to the statutory right of withdrawal and statutory rights relating to defects.
3. Returning Goods
Goods should be packaged carefully and securely for transport in order to avoid damage during return shipping.
Where possible, the original packaging should be used.
The customer bears the direct cost of return shipping unless expressly agreed otherwise.
Proof of posting or shipment should be retained until the return process has been fully completed.
4. Refunds
Once the returned goods have been received, they will be inspected and the return will be processed.
In the case of a valid statutory withdrawal, payments that must be reimbursed under the applicable legal provisions will be refunded.
As a general rule, the refund will be made using the same means of payment used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise and provided that no additional costs arise as a result.
In the case of a statutory withdrawal, reimbursement may be withheld until the goods have been received or until proof of return shipment has been provided, whichever occurs first.
5. Exchanges
Direct exchanges of items are currently not available.
If you would like a different item, size or variant, the original order may be returned within the applicable return period.
Once the return has been received and inspected, the corresponding refund will be issued.
