The EPPIKAN eppiLungo stainless steel thermal mug is made for those little coffee moments in everyday life. With a capacity of 220 ml or 280 ml, it is ideal for coffee, tea and other hot or cold drinks — at home, in the office or in the garden.

Its compact shape fits under standard coffee machines. The double-wall vacuum insulation helps keep hot drinks warm for longer and cold drinks cool for longer.

The transparent BPA-free Tritan lid features a drinking opening and helps reduce splashes as well as heat and aroma loss while drinking.

Made from 18/8 stainless steel, eppiLungo combines a clean shape with carefully selected colors and a comfortable size for everyday use. It is available in 220 ml and 280 ml as well as in various colors.

Clean thoroughly

Clean the seal and the area where it sits thoroughly and remove any residue.

Check the seal

Check the seal for cracks, deformation or other signs of damage.

Reinsert correctly

Make sure the clean seal is fully and correctly seated.

Test with water

Fill the mug with water, close it securely and check whether it is leakproof again.

In most cases, a thorough cleaning and correctly reinserting the seal will resolve the issue.

If the seal is damaged after prolonged or intensive use, or if the lid has been damaged by external impact, we recommend replacing the complete lid.

Can I clean my travel mug in the dishwasher?

Our travel mugs feature a high-quality, durable powder coating. Under normal dishwasher conditions, the coating is resistant.

However, temperatures, water pressure and wash cycles can vary between dishwashers. For this reason, we do not recommend cleaning the mug in the dishwasher on a regular basis.

For everyday cleaning, we recommend hand washing with dish soap and a soft brush or sponge.

For heavier soiling, the mug can occasionally be cleaned in the dishwasher. This combines thorough cleaning with helping to preserve the finish for as long as possible.

The lid and seal can be safely cleaned in the dishwasher.

We recommend removing the seal regularly and cleaning it thoroughly on its own.

Can I use my travel mug for carbonated drinks?

Yes. This travel mug can also be used for carbonated drinks. However, as the drinking lid is not airtight, it will not keep drinks carbonated for an extended period.

How long does my travel mug keep drinks hot or cold?

Due to their open drinking lids, eppiLungo and eppiTall are not designed for long-term heat or cold retention in the same way as a fully closed travel mug.

The double-wall insulation still slows down temperature loss compared with a conventional cup. With the lid in place, tea or coffee will generally remain comfortably warm for around 1–2 hours under normal conditions.

The actual time may vary depending on the initial temperature of the drink, the ambient temperature and how the mug is used.
